The monthly attendance sheets may be mailed or dropped off at the front office. The attendance sheets should be turned in by the tenth of each calendar month. Example: August attendance will be completed on August 30 and will need to reach me by September 10.
Please put totals on your homeschool attendance form. The monthly totals are important as well as the year to date totals. The year to date totals must equal 180 days to complete the homeschool year.
When you mail your monthly attendance, please direct it to my attention.

If you are interested in submitting your monthly attendance forms electronically, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . I will send you a form or you can continue with the form you currently use. (This is not required, it is just an option.)
Return to Public School
If you are no longer providing a home school program for your child, please write a note that your child/children will no longer be homeschooled. If at any time during the school year your child returns to public school, please write a note stating that your child/children will no longer be homeschooled.
If you are interested in pursuing special education services for your child/children through Charlton County School System, you need to contact Susan Allen, Exceptional Programs Director, at 496-2596.
Drivers License and Certificate of Attendance Requests
It is your responsibility to request a driver’s license certificate of attendance form for your child. Please request this form at least 3 workdays in advance. Your attendance must be up to date when requesting this form. If you attendance is not up to date then an attendance form will not be issued until the following month, as long as the attendance is current at that time.
